Ruel Joyner, owner and founder of 24e Design Co., an award-winning modern furniture store based in Savannah, Ga., was recently honored by the Georgia Retail Association (GRA) as 2016 GRA Retailer of the Year.  

The GRA is the state’s premier trade association representing retailers for over 50 years. The organization recently recognized three Georgia business leaders for their contributions to the state’s retail industry and their communities including Ruel Joyner of 24e Furnishings in Savannah,.
