Athens-Clarke Fills One of Four Open Department Head Positions

The Athens-Clarke County government has filled one of its four open department head positions, naming a former deputy commissioner for both engineering and water treatment and reclamation in the city of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management as the new director of the county’s Public Utilities Department.
