Elder-care Home Proposed for Jimmy Daniel Road in West Athens

Athens-Clarke County planning commissioners are recommending approval of a special-use permit for a proposed 130-unit personal care home for people 55 years of age and older off Jimmie Daniel Road in the western end of the county.
