The Technology Association of Georgia, Hub Magazine's Bytes, and TAG Athens announced a partnership with the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia for a state wide food and fund drive that will challenge local technology companies to benefit their regional food bank.

“The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia is excited to be teaming up with TAG Athens and our entire technology community to address hunger through the Bytes for Bites competition. Having the support of such an innovative industry will have a significant impact on our local community,” said John Becker, President & CEO, Food Bank of Northeast Georgia.

Bytes for Bites is a statewide food and fund drive competition whereby tech companies raise resources for regional food banks. The company that raises the most food and funds per employee will win the highly prestigious TAG B4B Cup.

The event features additional opportunities for awards in other categories such as top companies in your region and the TAG Chapter award given to the chapter that can raise the most pounds per person.
