Groove Burgers, a brand-new burger joint from Bridger Loftin (of Loco's), could have a soft opening this weekend in the new Epps Bridge shopping center by Kinnucans.

The menu is pretty simple (choice of beef, turkey or veggie patty or chicken breast, salads, apps, some sides), but the details are nice. The Bernie, for example, comes with bearnaise sauce, caramelized onions and "groove sauce." The Churrasco is topped with chimmichurri, Jack, pickled onions and tomato. There's poutine among the apps, and the sausage balls are made with Stripling's product. Brussels sprouts are listed under sides, and you'll be able to order beer and wine.
