Oconee Planning Commission Recommends Approval of Rezoning Request for Epps Bridge Centre Expansion

With an 8-1 vote Monday, the Oconee County Planning Commission recommended approval of a rezoning request for an expansion of Epps Bridge Centre, the retail center off Epps Bridge Parkway near the Athens-Clarke County line. The recommendation to rezone the 54-acre tract at the Oconee Connector and Plaza Parkway from an agricultural classification to a business classification now goes to the Oconee County Board of Commissioners for a final vote.
