Hyatt Place Hotel Project in Downtown Athens on Track to Meet March 2017 Deadline

Demolition of the old Square One Fish Co. restaurant building has been completed, excavation work is under way, and plans for the Hyatt Place hotel coming to downtown Athens remain on track to have a certificate of occupancy issued by a March 2017 deadline, the project manager for the construction contractor said last week.
