Clarke County Superintendent Philip Lanoue Leaving for Fulton County Schools Job

Clarke County School Superintendent Philip Lanoue is leaving for another job in a bigger arena.
Lanoue will become school superintendent in the Fulton County school system, he told Clarke County Board of Education members Thursday night.
