Kevin Price Construction announces the construction of it's new office facility to be located in the Parkway Technology Park on Daniels Bridge Rd. in Athens. The building will be an 18,000 sf. two-story building with KPC taking the top floor.  The first floor will be leased tenant space with variable sizes available.

"When we located our company to the Athens area 5 years ago, we looked at several sites and considered numerous options, stated Kevin Price, President." The Parkway Technology Park suited our needs for a convenient location to major transportation corridors while providing a proven class "A" office space setting." 

Kevin Price Construction is a Commercial General Contractor serving the Georgia construction market since 1987.  The company has performed in several construction delivery methods including design-build, hard bid and construction manager at risk.  The company has extensive experience in all forms of commercial and industrial construction.
