Halloween is Athens' Mardi Gras. For those who have never experienced it, it could be described as mayhem in the streets. The Parade & Spectacle stomps through the streets of Athens, culminating with a wild outdoor stage show with the Rumpus Band, then off to MAX Bar on Washington St. for a gigantic after-party on their monster patio!
