UGA Sponsors Seminar on Understanding Critical Elements for a Successful Small Business

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center, Office of Minority Business Development is sponsoring a seminar on Understanding Critical Elements for a Successful Small Business. This session will cover a number of critical skill sets which include, but not limited to the following: leadership, management, vision, strategy analysis, business planning and marketing, understanding risk, financing and other skill sets. Additionally, this session is designed to help the new as well as the existing entrepreneur understand these concepts and how they affect the entrepreneurial enterprise.
