Weichert, Realtors-Signature Group, located in Watkinsville, announced Kim Laak joined its office as a real estate agent. She is assisting property buyers and sellers in Clarke, Oconee, Barrow, Jackson and Oglethorpe counties.

“We’re excited to have Kim join our team of real estate experts,” said Managing Broker Dexter Haynes. “Having lived in the region for the past 25 years she knows, in great detail, what the area has to offer and is skillfully helping clients find the right home and the right buyer for their home.”

Laak joins a team of nine agents at Weichert, Realtors-Signature Group which serves the Greater Athens area.

Laak is a member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Georgia and prior to real estate worked in business development for Hospice and Home Health as well as advertising sales. Laak is an active member of the Green Acres Baptist Church.
