Athens-Clarke Gets Just One Bid for Downtown Athens Streetscape Work

Athens-Clarke County received just one bid in its latest attempt to find a contractor for the first phase of a $7 million project to revamp the streetscape of downtown Athens with wider sidewalks, larger shade trees, storm drainage improvements and a host of other enhancements.
