Consultant Sees Public Art as Means of Bringing Athens Together

Though Todd Bressi hasn’t yet officially started work, the Pennsylvania-based urban designer and public art consultant hired to help Athens-Clarke County develop a public art master plan has already visited the community and started to form some ideas about what a public art program can be, and do, in Athens.
In the area recently on other business, Bressi spent part of a day on his own in Athens to get acquainted with the place.
