Athens-Clarke Traffic Engineers Looking at Parking Restrictions on Georgia Avenue

He can’t necessarily say where it’s coming from, but Athens-Clarke County traffic engineer Steve Decker knows there is a parking problem on Georgia Avenue, and knows that it’s his job, with the help of Transportation and Public Works Department Director David Clark, to fix it.
Georgia Avenue, a 1,200-foot Normaltown street linking Normal Avenue and Prince Avenue, is a popular cut-through to and from the routinely busy Prince Avenue.
