UGA Summit Featured Panel of Sports Business Professionals

Aspiring young business professionals gathered Saturday to meet and learn from heavy hitters in the entertainment industry at the fifth-annual PESA Summit.
PESA, the Professional Entertainment and Sports Association, is a student organization through the University of Georgia Terry College of Business that provides networking opportunities to students interested in the entertainment business. The group’s Summit event featured a lunch seminar, networking fair, and a series of panel discussions with professionals from the entertainment industry.
“We try to bridge the gap between professionals and students,” said PESA president Jamilla Johnson. “The Summit is our marquee event we do every spring semester, where the goal is to get all of the things we do over the year done in one day.”
