The Engineering Technology program at Athens Technical College will host the 2015 Engineering Technology Showcase on Wednesday, March 25. The Showcase will be held on the Athens Campus from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. 

The Engineering Technology Showcase will feature an Engineering Technology Open House along with a Career and Resource Fair.  During the Open House, potential students and community members are invited to tour the Engineering Technology classrooms and labs featuring state-of-the-art equipment. The Career and Resource Fair is an opportunity to connect with area business and organizations involved with engineering and other STEM areas.

Athens Technical College, with the support of a grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration, formed the Engineering Technology program in 2013. The program contains pathways in nanotechnology, environmental, electromechanical, and mechanical engineering.
