Four Athens will hold its 3rd annual Open House on Thursday January 22, 2015 at its offices on 165 E Dougherty Street from 5:30-7:30pm. The Four Athens Open House is an annual celebration of local entrepreneurs and tech-based businesses featuring demos by select Athens startups, free food and drink, and networking with the best and brightest of Classic City creatives and tech professionals. This year’s event will feature prizes for the startup of the year, founder of the year, and, for the first time, volunteer of the year.
In preparation for the event, Jim Flannery, Executive Director of Four Athens, said, “As we go into our 3rd annual Open House, I am amazed at the growth of the business community in Athens. From just a few companies 3 years ago, the Four Athens community has now worked with hundreds of founders and has seen countless companies grow, hire, and expand opportunity in Athens. This Open House is a celebration of past success and the beginning of even more great growth in years to come.”
