This workshop will introduce you to the world of investing in the stock market. Geared towards the new stock investor, it will cover such topics as: Common questions involved in stock market investment; Analysis of security; Bottoms up investing, and choosing an advisor.

Thomas Wilkins is a financial advisor in Athens, GA where he is Chief Executive Manager at Joseph Jekyll Advisers, LLC. As a Chartered Financial Analyst with a master's degree in Economics, Thomas has over 30 years' experience in investment research and portfolio management.  He has taught at the New York Institute of Finance, published articles in the Financial Press including Barron's and China Stakes. Thomas is a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals, where he has served on the Programming Committee. He is a former director of the New York Society of Securities Analyst, where he was once Chairman of the Programming Committee and was named Volunteer of the Year with his programming on Index Futures
Contracts.  In this two-hour workshop Thomas will give you insight, and answer all your questions you have ever wanted to ask about investing in the stock market.
