SunTrust Ranked First for Online Banking Experience

SunTrust Banks, Inc. announced today it ranked first place for the Javelin Strategy & Research 2014 Digital Banking Experience Leader in Online Banking award. The Online Banking category gauges financial institutions' ability to garner high satisfaction scores and adoption rates. SunTrust commanded the top spot in this category after receiving high scores for frequent bill-pay usage, online ease-of-use and meeting customer needs, according to its customers.
SunTrust also placed in the top five in the Mobile Banking, Digital Adoption and Digital Strategy categories.
