Newell Recycling of Georgia, LLC announced today it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Blaze Recycling & Metals, LLC.  The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in August, 2014.  The combined company will be named Newell Recycling Southeast.
