Gift to Initiate Next Phase of Research at UGA

The University of Georgia will be able to further its commitment to conducting biomedical research with relevance to human health thanks to an important gift from one of its former faculty members. The gift and its focus will be announced at a ceremony May 1 at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center, 315 Riverbend Road.
