Rasmussen holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s financial planning program (2017).

Before joining Fully Financial, Ryan served as the assistant director of gift and estate planning for the University of Georgia, where he helped families and their estate attorneys align their assets with their philanthropic values. Prior to his time at UGA, Ryan worked as a financial planner for more than four years at multiple fee-only wealth management firms in California and Georgia, helping hundreds of families across the U.S. with comprehensive financial planning and investment management services.
