Stratus Development Group announces the start of construction of Puritan Mill, and completion of Knoll Creek, both upscale residential communities in Athens, Georgia. 

Knoll Creek, located at 255 Research Drive, delivered in August 2022. It consists of 3-story townhomes integrated into the natural landscape. The community features upscale finishes, a community garden, abundant greenspace, nature trails, and future connectivity with the nearby North Oconee Greenway multi-use trail system. 

Puritan Mill, located at 1120 Macon Highway, has recently begun construction and is set for delivery in Fall 2023. Named in honor of the ruined mill that was on site until destroyed by fire, the community features the restored mill water tower and original mill pond complete with its famous waterfall. In addition to historical highlights, the community will feature spacious, well-appointed two- and three-bedroom townhomes, a sparkling pool and sun deck, clubhouse, nature trails, and long frontage along the scenic McNutt Creek.
