You’re invited to help shape the vision for the future of Athens-Clarke County. We need your input and feedback which will provide a foundation for recommendations to guide community and economic development for the next 20 years. It will be April 20th 5:30pm-7:30pm.

What’s going to happen?
The Summit is a BIG night for Envision Athens and for the Athens-Clarke County community. Together we will:

1. Discover what was learned during the Focus on the Future workshops;

2. Hear about major conditions and trends affecting our community today, and;

3. Work together to think about the right way forward.

Why you need to be there?

We need your insight and your expertise. As a resident, parent, business owner, student, or whatever role you play in this community, you inherently know a lot about this place. We must combine your intuition with strong technical analysis to tackle the critical challenges in our community today and in the future.

Following a brief presentation from the Planning Team, you’ll dive in on critical issues, providing your feedback and perspective. You’ll help prioritize actions and inform the fundamental focus of the Envision Athens work. Your participation is critical.
