Digital Marketing Boot Camp in Athens Scheduled for March 25th

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center, Athens Office is sponsoring a Digital Marketing Boot Camp.  The program is specifically designed to assist small business owners who want to integrate different forms of technology with current marketing techniques in the digital age while increasing their customer base and profits. With the many facets to marketing, from newspaper and radio to websites and social media, it is essential that businesses have the correct mix of traditional and digital activities in their marketing strategy today. Successful businesses and organizations are connecting with customers wherever they are – at work, home, or on the go.

Digital marketing experts from around the state will lead the program.  Topics of presentations include:

  • Making Facebook Strategic
  • The ABC’s of Search Engine Optimization
  • Connecting with Customers in a Mobile World
  • Using Google Tools for Growth
  • The Visual Revolution: Pinterest, Instagram & Video
  • How Great Companies Make Digital Marketing Work.

The challenge facing small businesses today is determining the best strategies and tactics to use as technology constantly changes.  Our Digital Marketing Boot Camp will provide attendees the knowledge to structure the future of their marketing efforts to increase profits and create returning customers.

The program will be held from 8:00am to 3:30pm on Wednesday, March 25th, 2015 at the UGA Small Business Development Center, 1180 E. Broad St., Chicopee Complex, Athens, GA 30602.  The cost to attend is $49.00, which includes lunch and access to your choice of break-out sessions. Because there is a choice of break-out sessions, you may want to have two people from your organization sign up so that you don’t miss any of the information.
