The Athens SBDC will present the StartSmart series for new entrepreneurs who want to start or have recently started a business.  The series will begin on March 27 and consists of eight modules over five Fridays, ending on April 24.  Most sessions will last from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Through the 5-week course, participants will learn how to evaluate their concept, develop plans, acquire a working knowledge of business fundamentals, build an infrastructure for business operations and processes, and develop a financial forecast. At the end, participants will leave with a thorough, practical business plan.

Tuition is now only $195 due to a $300 tuition waiver from Wells Fargo. Space is limited, so apply today. Breakfast is included on all days and lunch is also included on full days.
