Stratus Development Group announces the sale of The Haven of Athens, a 286-bedroom community in Athens, Georgia, near the University of Georgia.

Travis Prince, Shawn Lubic and Victoria Marks of Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets Group, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Advisory Group, represented the seller, Stratus Development Group, in the transaction.
