In the months since an initial “discovery” event earlier this summer that offered home buyers and real estate professionals first looks at the picturesque setting, site plan, and renderings of available floor plans, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding Green River Builders’ Trove in Watkinsville. Set in up-and-coming Oconee County, Trove is an enclave of 57 homesites that opened to presales of select homesites among its early interest list in June 2022. Now that the first homes are on the ground and the remaining homesites have been released for sale to the public, the builder has planned a “Sneak Peek and Eat” event for real estate agents and brokers on Wednesday, November 16, from 12-2:30 p.m. The event will include tours of available homes and homesites, an opportunity to speak with members of Green River Builders’ sales team, a professionally catered BBQ lunch provided by Butt Hutt of Athens, exciting door prizes, and a chance to get the first looks inside the community’s brand-new, exquisitely merchandised model home. The model will officially open to the public on Saturday, November 19.
