Tareasa Harrell Joins Oconee State Bank as Senior Vice President, SBA Director

Oconee State Bank announces that Tareasa Harrell has been named Senior Vice President- SBA Director.

“We are thrilled to have Tareasa join the Oconee State Bank team,” said EVP and Chief Banking Officer Philip Bernardi. “Her many years of experience in the area of government guaranteed lending, leadership ability, and overall success growing SBA departments are key factors in advancing OSB as we continue to grow and work towards our vision of being essential to the lives, businesses, and communities we serve.”

Harrell is a graduate of Oakland City University, and comes to OSB with a number of years of experience in various areas of banking and over 20 years specifically in the area of SBA lending. With her previous experience working for the SBA and history of growing SBA departments, Harrell is well positioned to play a major role in building Georgia’s most remarkable community Bank. 

Harrell resides in Braselton and will work primarily out of OSB’s Gwinnett Office. She is an active supporter of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and Georgia Quality Lenders Circle (GLQC) where she served as a prior board member and past Chair.
