Piedmont Healthcare Plans Expansion at Athens Hospital

Piedmont Healthcare is planning a big expansion at Athens Regional Medical Center.
The health system is proposing to add 68 short-stay general hospital beds at Athens Regional, according to a letter of intentfiled with the Georgia Department of Community Health.
