Georgia Chamber Co-Hosts Georgia: Driving American Innovation Policy Conference Monday

The Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the United States Chamber of Commerce will be joining to co-host the Georgia: Driving American Innovation Policy Conference. The event will be held on Monday, Feb. 25 at Georgia State Law School located at Knowles Conference Center from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The knowledge economy depends on a healthy and functioning intellectual property framework. This innovation conference will highlight how companies in Georgia, and across the United States, are growing new jobs based on investments in intellectual property. Speakers will highlight the ways companies in diverse industries from manufacturing to entertainment are dependent on patents, copyrights, trademarks and other components of intellectual property. Speakers will also highlight the legal, regulatory and other challenges they face in a rapidly changing global economy. The audience will have the opportunity to hear directly from the foremost experts on Federal and State policy, as well as industry and legal perspectives on the current state of intellectual property policy.
