Oconee County Dedicates New $14.3M Wastewater Plant

Erin Carlton stood next to a giant vat Wednesday, giving what amounted to a biology lesson on the often fatal battle that microorganisms face inside the new $14.3 million waste treatment plant that recently went into operation in Oconee County.
