Seller Labs raised more than $100,000 worth of toys for the Athens Area Toys for Tots chapter to provide local children in need with holiday gifts. The donated toys will go to children in Athens-Clarke County and four surrounding counties. Donations were given by the company's clientele, who are professional Amazon sellers, from across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and from Atlanta-based online retailer Firefly Buys.

"Our initial goal was to turn our $10,000 cash donation into $50,000 worth of toys, but our generous customers really stepped up and donated beyond our expectations," said Brandon Checketts, the company's founder. "Our employees, customers and friends in our industry donated cash, cases and even pallets of toys because they wanted to give to children in need."

Checketts' involvement with Toys for Tots started as a member of the Athens Jaycees when they first partnered with the organization in 2009. He created the Seller Labs Cares initiative to expand his company's involvement in the local community.

"I got involved with Toys for Tots eight years ago when my son was in the hospital over the holidays," said Jeff Cohen, the company's chief marketing officer. "I remember the Marines coming by the hospital several times a day to handout toys. They brought lots of joy to the children and families who were struggling and that's why my family donates every year."
