Gov. Nathan Deal, in conjunction with the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, unveiled “Be the Difference,” the tenth installment of the “Real Teachers Real Voices” campaign. This initiative, which highlights exceptional educators around the state, stems from feedback provided by Deal’s Teacher Advisory Committee. “Be the Difference” features Candie Moore, an educator at Rabun Primary School in Rabun County.

"Teachers shine into the lives of every child, family and the community in their realm of influence,” said Moore. “Our actions count today and in the future. Teachers don’t just get to make a difference. Sometimes we are the difference.”
